THE WOLF AND THE LION
Once upon a time, a wolf was very hungry. Prowling about, it came to a pasture where a flock of sheep was grazing. He hid behind a bush and waited for a chance to attack a sheep or lamb coming near the bush.
Soon a lamb strayed away from the flock and came near the bush where the wolf was hiding. The wolf lost no time to grab it and ran away lifting it in its mouth. He wanted to carry it to a safe lonely place. But luck was against him. So, he met a lion on the way who was also on the prowl for some prey.
